Had a Zoom interview where I was told that the only reason I got the interview was out of courtesy for the person who sent them my work.

How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies.
