Had an interview and was caught totally off guard by the recruiter info for PM role 😓. Was told it would be behavioral and past experience but the HM dived directly into case. Good thing I kinda read about it already, but definitely wasn’t fully ready and they only let me schedule either a day or 2 out 🫣. Wish me luck fishes

How do your exit opps differ after 4 years at MBB vs 2 years at MBB and 2 years at a UMM?

I’m a newer registered nurse (2 years) and want to get into remote work. I keep getting denied due to lack of experience but to even get the job I have now (case manager) the company knew one of my family members and they gave me a chance to interview because of that. For these remote companies where I don’t have connections how can I transition over?

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.
