Had my salary discussion with HR on 19th Jan and she said offer would be rolled out by 23rd. Till today there is no update though, seems she is on medical leave but today I saw that the job requisition ID has been reopened. Could it be that I’m rejected now?

Hi, I have paid medical insurance premium of 27300 in the month of April 2022. My last working day was 17th October. I have talked with finance team, they told me I will get the 27300 rupees on FNF
Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

What should I do? Need your help guys!

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.
