My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). I am confused which should I select, trusting Cognizant and joining on less or going for one the company mentioned above.

Dealing with some shit. Started a new job remotely (I’ll be moving there in Jan). First few weeks great. Now about 5 weeks in I’m getting feedback from my CD like “this isn’t where it needs to be” “we need you to push this” also snarky emails about my attempts at fixing the problem. Joined pro a few months back in TC, I notice that the all the talks of big growth etc. was just talks. Have not had any decent project lined up and been sitting idle for past month. Also, majority of existing projects are Risk, audit and compliance related or we are trying staff aug / managed service (outsource). What is up with this, contemplating if I made the wrong decision to join pro from Big 4.
