They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

You're not the only person from Deloitte that has had suicidal thought from work alone. Personal stress is devestating but when your livelihood is also putting the pressure on, it makes it hard to see a way around it. Sometimes talking to someone who doesn't know you can fill the void.
Hi does Deloitte have an EAP? I’d encourage you to speak to a counselor there. They can be really helpful I’ve called the one provided by my company.
I’d also encourage you to check in with yourself at least once a day. It can be in the car. On the toilet. Staring at a window. Sipping coffee. Whatever. But make sure to rehome and check in once a day at the very least. It won’t fix you but it helps. You will have a better sense of which direction you need to go to.
Go out on FMLA and if you have short term disability coverage, you can live off that.
My 2 cents from personal experience (also a top performer): the feeling of “I think I’ll be let go due to low ratings” will just gnaw away at you until you can get some clarity (instead of just spiraling which I did for a while). I’d recommend you talk with a few groups: your project leadership/PMD, then your offering PMDs/People Leader, then Talent. Easier said than done but I recommend being VERY open about what you’re experiencing - no good comes from it if you don’t convey the true nature of what you’re going through. I think this for a few reasons: 1) you’ll hopefully get clarity on your performance 2) they’ll be aware/you can give context to your performance 3) you can get connected to IMHS/FMLA resources (of course you can do this without anyone else knowing but IMO it’s helpful for those around me to be aware and invested in me getting better). I know a few people who took a leave of absence to help lighten the burden and came back refreshed.
All this to say - I don’t know you but I care about you! Whether at Deloitte or not, you’ve got lots of people around you who want you to succeed in every part of your life. Feel free to DM if you wanna chat 1:1
Hi, I’m a member of the Trust & Safety team and wanted to pass along some helpful support resources below. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re going through a hard time, but please know that you’re not alone.

I’m sorry to hear this. I’ve been in that dark tunnel before. And I know it’s probably hard to believe now, but that tunnel doesn’t last forever.
Start by taking ten slow, deep breaths. Then drink a big glass of water. Then take a 15 minute walk or stretch for 15 minutes.
Then, when you feel that you’re able to be productive, take a moment to reflect on where you could go for help—whether that help is a family member to delegate to, a friend to be a listening ear, or government services that can help you with elder support.
Take it one step at a time. And then get a good night’s sleep—things will look better in the morning.

How are you doing today? I am feeling the same way too, times are hard.
It’s a hard time of year in a hard historical era.
It’s no wonder we feel off. We need to be gentle with ourselves
First thing you need to do is get out of consulting and into industry. Deloitte is only going to amplify all the personal life issues.
I say this because I was in kind of the same boat while at Deloitte, then I left and everything got better in my personal life because I wasn't constantly overworked and fearing layoffs.
Take short term disability mental health leave. Give yourself a break.
Call 988 if you are suicidal or head to the local ER center.
I have several options that I believe would be mutually beneficial. I would be happy to discuss them further.
