Globant India Pvt. Ltd. Hi Globers ! I have an offer from Globant for the role of a BA. While discussing the role with HR pre and post the interviews & offer, I had specifically ask the HR to tag me to Ahmedabad location as that's my hometown and I do not wish to relocate. But she has rolled out the offer for Pune location ane verbally ( isn't giving me in writing ) assured me that the location will be flexible. May I know from the fellow Globers if we have location flexibility or WFH option available? Globant India Pv
Hi. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this but I have an exclusive opening for a trust and estates attorney who is tax heavy. I am looking for someone to join the US office of an international family office in Philadelphia. I'm happy to share details. There is also a possibility of remote working so if you are not a Pennsylvania resident please don't be afraid to reach out. It's an amazing job! Kristy@advancedlegalplacement.com

My tip: DONT do it!!!! My hairdresser begged me to not touch my hair because it’ll cause more work to correct it after corona.
My daughter trimmed my ends and it neatened it up a bit. Time for another one soon.

Pro-tip. Use shears designed for hair. Make sure they cost more than 60 dollars.
Point cut in is the safest.

I prefer to cut my own hair and am pretty good at it. People are always surprised to learn it about me. I learned tips from watching the hair stylist on "What Not to Wear" years ago. I'd recommend watching YouTube videos of people with similar hair types to yours. Not sure if your hair is straight, wavy, curly or kinky but you have to use different techniques depending on the type. I also wouldn't recommend doing it without a good pair of hair shears.

I’ve cut my own hair for years. I don’t need layers, just need to keep my ends clean and at a length I like. Straight cut with a framed face. There are a ton of YouTube videos! I’d only warn to not do it if you have curly hair. A lot of people also say cut dry hair.
It’s honestly not scary after the first go of it; just cut like half an inch around your whole head and use mirrors to see if you have a good straight line! I let my hair air dry, hold my hair in the front and check to see if both sides are even and then go from there :)

Yes but just make sure you pick a simple cut and really follow instructions from YouTube. No short cut videos. Watch videos that teach it.
No short cuts. 😂 💇🏻♀️

I gave myself a trim because my ends looked bad. It’s fine. Hair looks great. There are plenty of instructional videos for all hair types out there.

YouTube. I always cut my own hair. I do a good job
Do you have a roommate or partner to help? I used to get friends to cut my hair when I was a student living overseas. If you have long hair, it’s easy. If you have any layers, just take the same amount off them as you do off the bottom.
But if you live alone, then that’s another story. Cutting it yourself is tricky because you’re working with a mirror image, so it fucks with your head (and hair). Your hand does the opposite of what you think it should. You could get someone to come over and help if you both wear masks.

I just do basic half an inch trim and then go a couple washes and see if I need to correct it. Nobody really notices and that's the whole point haha just to get rid of some ends
I did. Well only a trim. I put it into two low pigtails and cut maybe 3/4ths of an inch off the ends. Just make sure to use decent sharp hair-cutting scissors and not an old pair you’ve been using to like cut open mail or anything
I cut my bangs regularly but wouldn’t move to the rest of it. Too risky
Yes! Cut 4 inches off. I couldn't stand it any longer and am so glad I did. Just Google videos beforehand and don't be overly ambitious with a crazy new style.
