I cleared the technical interview in LTI.
It's been almost 3 weeks now I had my HR discussion and submitted the documents, however my offer is pending.

I tried to connect with HR, she said it is pending for BU go-ahead.

Is there anyone else facing this issue.
Just trying to understand if they will release the offer.

I am in the last stages of an interview process and I really fucked up a 15-min talk with some on the team. I’ve already spoken with two collegues and it went very well, but this one I totally blew because I stuttered, was super nervous and could not answer the questions properly. Considering that I’m probably not a favourite for this one guy, what do you think my chances are for landing the job? Can I do something to “save” the situation?

I have a loop interview with Amazon in two weeks. I have done two loop interviews before but unfortunately didn’t get the job offer. I'm currently a mid-level associate in a Big Law firm and am about to finish a 6-month secondment with a large international corporation. I'm also looking for in-house positions. Should I add my secondment experience to my resume/LinkedIn profile? I've never seen anyone do this but it seems like something that would be appealing to in-house employers. This is just an idea, Companies give quite high end systems to their employees for office work. My point is, if companies could have a provision to let employees keep/buy back their old systems after sensitive data is destroyed and without any warranty. It would be a good idea to reduce E-Waste and these systems are still capable for daily basic computing. What do you think?

I have revoked resignation last week as ctc was matched by current company.
Now I have received offer from company who are providing me remote work for 6 months in India at 4000$ USD and later have to go onsite at other package.
