I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. I’ve an total 3YOE in Pyspark and Python technologies And holding offers from Bank of America for 15.5 fixed and IDFC with 17lpa + 1 joining bonus.

In Bank of America it is more of a core Python role whereas in IDFC it is more related to Data Engineer role. I’m confused between choosing since Bank of America has bigger brand value and also both organizations have similar work life balance.
