Hi all please like im new here
Prosecution is considering charging the parents of the student that committed the school shooting in Michigan. The parents just bought the gun and if the parents were negligent in storing / locking up the gun I think this is a very reasonable move.
I don't think parents are responsible when the school shooter gets the weapons outside of the house or when the parents have made a minimum effort to secure their weapons. But the school had just met with them on son's behavior too.
Thoughts?

Never do a timeshare.... we have done the discounted trip once though and had a good time
They will often give you a really discounted trip if you do a 60 minute timeshare presentation. Sometimes they are a bargain and worth it - but an actual timeshare is a huge expense that is difficult to ever sell. Don’t do it.
I have heard from others to never do time shares. It is a compete money pit and good luck with trying to get out of the time share once you have signed up for it. Just google and you will see tons of reasons why it’s not worth it
Thanks for taking time out to respond
If you really want to vacation at a time share resort, no need to buy in! Just rent someone’s points for the year (even better at a discount). There are always people who can’t go for whatever reason, so you can enjoy it without the crazy upfront costs or being locked into a single place.

Never done a time share but I’d love to sell you a used car with low, low mileage, no accidents!

That was on purpose... don’t do a timeshare man, one of the biggest financial mistakes you can make
I have an uncle that signed up for whatever their top tier vacation club timeshare is. If you like vacationing to the same like 3 destinations over and over again I'm sure its fine. He always has a billion extra points and I've used them to stay for free on my own multiple times and that rocks.
So if you're my uncle, keep it up I like using your points. If you're anyone else, it seems like a giant waste of money to be forced to vacation (aka not letting it go to waste) and forced into a preset selection of destinations.
I second M1 - would never buy a property from them, but have stayed at their properties as a hotel guest/renter and enjoyed it.
You actually get more flexibility as a guest than you do as a member - booking blackouts, peak times, etc.
