I'm a Business Analyst with over 10 years experience, been in the same company for the whole time, Currently, I'm below Average Industry standards by approx. 10% for my (current) role.

I have applied for internal job which is effectively one level above, meaning it would be a promotion.

I got the job, awaiting offer.

Hi Fishes, I am really interested in product management and want to switch my role from risk analyst in a product owner/product manager role.
How difficult it is to do in amex? Its been half a year since I joined amex and I am planning to talk to manager after completing one year.

Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. I got an offer letter from HCL. In that they mentioned as "Agreeing to the terms and conditions is as good as signing of physical contract form between you and company. It has legal binding as per the law if mutual trust is breached."
