I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? How big is the gap between T2 strategy and MBB? I have an offer from a T2, I haven’t applied to MBB because the process is significantly longer. Also I am experienced and am being given a promotion at T2 vs probably taking a lateral move to MBB

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.
