Has anyone here left Big 4 and attempted to hold two jobs (of similar rank) at separate companies? I’m sitting here managing 4-5 Integrated SOX audits with differing year ends, wondering why I couldn’t earn two salaries doing it on the client side for just two clients…

Almost 2 years out of AD, and now thinking about going back to the Reserves to get my TSCI and just cause I miss it. Does anyone have insights on fed consultants’ salary with a TSCI?

Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

I studied finance in undergrad and had a couple of internal audit internships. I only started a few month ago but I never saw myself doing IT Audit and I don’t like it thus far!
