I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

I’m somewhere around this jump and interested in other answers too - I’m managing a few products and have several product managers working for me.
Currently I’m focusing on:
- how well do I coach my direct reports and teach them to be great product managers in their own right rather than directing them in tasks
- how well can I create a product strategy and communicate it to others (I knew I had nailed this when I had 3 weeks off and one of my PMs on my return walked me through the things she would have escalated if I’d been around but then explained how she used the strategy to guide her decision without me)
- managing senior stakeholders, including communication skills, clarity, distilling complexity etc
- general line management as I now directly or indirectly manage a much larger number of people.
PM1 - sounds great. Are you hiring?
Would love to know about this too, currently a group PM and the jump to director just seems so far.
