How to become program manager
Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?
KLA Corporation
Thank you

When is it best to leave consulting? Here's how I think about it.
First, are you enjoying it? If so, why leave (it can be a great life long career)?
Second, are you still learning fast? If not, you're missing out.
Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

Glassdoor and they were all questions geared towards data scientists. They told me there wouldn’t be a coding section but there would be a more technical interview. Not sure what kinds of questions to expect. 4 rounds, 30 min each.
What area?
HR
First interview will be with recruiter and if you pass that it would blue jeans interview similar to Skype with future colleague or hiring manager. Good luck if you make to final round
Please report back OP I'm very interested in your experience here.
I had questions like:
1) What’s the difference between a distinct and a group by? Which is more efficient?
2) What is a null join?
3) Tell me how to query a DB if you had these dimensions. (They’ll look at the efficiency of your syntax and the commands you use, group by/distinct/case when)
4) When would you use Having vs. Where clause?
