I got my offer last year to join in Sept this year. Recently, I was made aware by people in the firm that there is an increase in salary across the board including my role. Some people joining the same role have received a new offer letters, but I didn't. How should I write to the recruiter to ask? (it's a significant increase of ~20% 🥺)

1) Do I keep my internships? My leadership experiences in college?
2) How do I organize my engagement experiences - All combined bullets or separated by client?
3) How about my internal efforts? (I did 3 internal projects within the firm)
4) Education on top or bottom?

Leaving soon for brand management role in CPG which I’m really excited about but curious if this will close the door to opportunities (product marketing, non technical product manager) in tech in the future.
