If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake?
