I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. But optimistic as it uses the latest tech. #paytm #jpmc #jpmorgan #chase #choice

No IPG agency will do that right now, unless you’re a C-Suite executive (and that doesn’t guarantee anything).
It is indeed legal to be "loaned out" as an employee to an international agency, where your salary is paid by your parent agency. It is not a tax issue either, because employees are responsible for doing their own taxes. ACD1 is correct in that IPG simply has not set up those internal systems to make it work. IPG is also not going to sponsor your work visa for the other country.
Two things you must know before considering relo to a diff country: 1) your salary will most likely be reduced significantly 2) most countries have limits on how many Americans they can have on staff so it’s generally hard to get one. Salary is reduced because in most countries cost of living is cheaper and clients budgets are generally much smaller. For example, I had a friend willing to hire me in Sydney to lead a pretty popular CPG account. The pay as a CD was $100k AUS which is equal to $70k US. I also tried to transfer to a London outpost of a WPP agency a few years later. Pay was $125k pounds which is equal to $160k us. Both cities are on par with NYC cost of living wise. It’s insane. Most of Europe have a ratio of locals to Americans. Since the agencies are smaller most only have 1-5 total slots for Americans. Good luck.
Thanks for sharing! I’m not American so am pretty aware of the pay cut situation. Has taken projects from the UK before and the pay ain’t great. But considering cost of living and everything I’d say at this point US pay isn’t that attractive anymore
