Tried this Santorini retailing for $40. Very concentrated but can’t say I was blown away by it. Volcanic terroir dominates almost to the point of obscurity, and it had strong lemon notes, hints of quince, and sea salt. It clashed with Mexican food (hey I knew that beforehand but didn’t think it would clash THAT bad, and usually pair Mexican with Riesling or Gewürztraminer) but I’m going to Greece soon and wanted to drink Greek wine. Ever have those days where you just can’t seem to focus? I have days where I get some things done, but despite being able to bill some hours, I don’t feel like I got enough accomplished and then feel guilty. Sometimes I string a few of these days together and feel worse. Can anyone relate? Am I just lazy?

Is this legal?
After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

For those w investment property, how many of you self manage vs using property manager? This is my first condo, relative new build from 2018 and a family friend jus moved out. I would have self managed but am scared about squatting/evictions esp w Covid and the rent memorandums. Thinking of jus getting the property manager as I am new to this... Advice appreciated.

I closed on a new build a few weeks ago and now the same home is available for much less with the builder offering all appliances, additional credits, and buy down of the rate. Is there anything I can do to get now? It seems unfair that I paid more and didn't get the incentives.

The value is now over 400K and I have an equity of over 150K.
