Has anyone run into challenges in the interviewing / job search process with the non-compete clause in the senior manager contract? In terms of it preventing the progression to a job offer?

Has anyone ever had any luck applying for a hybrid job and convincing them to let you work fully remote? I'm seeing a lot of hybrid postings for my role but not a lot of fully remote ones.

I applied to MBB in December while working at a boutique but did not get an offer. I lateraled to Tier 2 firm, but looking to interview again. How long should I wait until applying again? Is there a freeze time?

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. In two interviews the interviewer asks me about one topic which I know theoretically and some practical. I directly said to the interviewer that I am not an expert in that, but if I get my hands on it then I can learn in one day.
