After a recruiter phone screen and 6 interviews, got rejected at the final round. Can’t help but feel it was a big waste of time, even though I know it’s not. Just sucks to invest that much time in prep, and advancing through three stages just to end up with nothing tangible to show for it right at the finish line.

Which summer internship would be most attractive to MBB for FT recruiting - LEK, EYP or tech?
Currently a first year MBA at a target school. I did not land a summer internship with MBB (messed up during case interview) and want to try again in the fall. What are the general thoughts on making career changes entirely out of business? Especially with the CPA being such an investment, both financially and time wise. Does it look foolish to abandon?

Non-accounting: Now I only want to be spoon fed. I am so tired of being both planner and executor in 10 out of 10 projects. In any new project all I have is a request from my boss, often times with vague requirements. They drain my brain energy.

Atlast got offer with Tcs , Designation is ASC . Years of exp is 12. Role is scrum master. My 90 days of notice will start from next week. Looking forward in getting settled with wipro. Package offered was 2.5 times my experience.

Do I have less chance of being laid off as a senior or am I just as expendable as a first or second year

Am I the only one not concerned about getting laid off? I know that sounds privileged and awful during this crisis, but I have so much work to do right now that I can’t imagine how we could issue our reports on time and lay people off since we are already stretched so thin. Am I super naiive to think this way?
