Has anyone sent a demand letter to an employer due to being let go for no reason and offered no severance? I have ample of evidence of retaliation, but lack discrimination, an attorney doesn’t feel I have a strong enough case. If you have, what was the outcome?

Throwing this out there. My company was recently acquired and I was laid off yesterday. I’m currently 6m pregnant so looking for a company that isn’t going to have a problem with my giving birth in 3m (looking for a miracle). 13 YOE in Marketing (Brand, Digital, Product, Ops).
