Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?

How do you call out a senior team for stealing your idea that you presented and wrote months after the project is done? I don’t want to be a dick, but these people are acting like they helped on something they didn’t help on, and I can’t wrap my head around ever doing something like that.
