Seeking some advice for home buying. Went under contract on a new construction back in March, was originally supposed to be ready in August but has been delayed until November. I’ve began getting quotes for mortgage rates through lenders and the best I’ve seen so far is 5.75% (excellent credit, dp at 10%) at a 60 day lock. Debating if I should test my luck with the market to see if rates will drop or if I should go ahead and lock my rate in before Rates increase even more

The stock fluctuate a few dollars a day so I’m looking for a specific price to own the shares at vs entering a limit order. While structuring the HRA if we give max limit for eg., 20k and I have rent agreement of 7500. Will this be a problem or will I just get an exempt of 7500?

If I have two 401ks (current job and previous job), does the 19k limit apply to both of them together or 19k each?

If I were to rollover a pension lump sum into one of those 401ks, is counted towards the $19k limit? Or is rollover classified differently and I could still continue to contribute to my current 401k?
