Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. Hello everyone, I am currently 9 months into my first job after graduating with a BCom. I am currently working at KPMG and working towards my CPA. Only issue is I hate it have very little interest in accounting. I have seriously been considering pivoting towards a career in data and analytics by perusing a masters in data analytics or data science. Most people around me strongly encourage me to finish my CPA but I feel like it will add little to no value to a career in analytics. Thoughts?
