I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. I have only few more weeks to my LWD. I attended interview for 5 companies all cleared, but only 1 offer in hand, which I am not satisfied with. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. Do they come back or am I just waiting for nothing? My expectation is not out of the box too. Please suggest?
