Has the WFH made you more productive or less productive and is it a heavy toll or you can bear for the rest of your life or not.

I know for people with 5+ exp is it good as they can be with family but what about the people like us whom covid hit at the very early stage of the career.
No exposure, no interaction with the team physically and not even much movement from that damn swirling chair.

I have resigned from my previous company without any offer in hand just 10 months after joining due to its toxic work culture and I couldn't find a job for 6 months.
