Have a 2 hour interview later this afternoon (meeting the whole time in one go) but mentally & emotionally not ready. I was rejected from a job on Monday. One that I had really been praying for and thought I would get. Unfortunately they decided to go another route. Still feeling pretty down and discouraged & don't know how to get in the right head space for this interview today. Any advice or suggestions?

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?
