What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

McKinsey & Company Hey folks!
Was wondering what sort of life sciences projects does usually the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company take on?
Commercial, access and pricing, M&A, transformation, implementation? (all of them perhaps?)
Basically, what would someone with an LS background be mainly working on in these firms on a day-to-day basis?
Thanks!

How much money are you making the firm based on your cases/work
Ya but OP, you are an attorney. Your firm likely makes 33.33%-40% depending on jurisdiction for each case. And you should know costs on the cases you work on. At minimum you can see the closing statements your firm sends clients. You should know how much your work is generating the firm. And after three years, your firm is stonewalling this info, and not letting you negotiate claims, you need to move on from them. You aren't doing yourself anygood unless you are content. You need to learn and the only way to do that is by jumping in. You cannot negotiate salary/bonuses if you don't even know how much your work is producing. Find that out, then ask yourself what % of that production are you making. If its not at minimum 25% of what you are producing, you need a raise.
