Thoughts on a knit blazer for men?
Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

I think Aston's are the most tasteful of that tier of car. Go for it. You earned it.
Could you expand on what you mean by “max savings”? What’s your income, your current monthly expenses, and what’s the car cost?
Would be able to give you better advice on my own personal experiences if I knew that. I bought a r8 which is definitely the most flashy car compared to the other directors I know, but it worked for my situation. I have a rav4 that is my daily, and before buying the r8 my monthly savings rate was around ~35-40% since we don’t have any kids.
Honestly, as long as you still have a good savings rate, just learn to ignore what others think about you. One of my other coworkers had a high trim Range Rover that definitely cost 110k+, and he gave me shit when he saw my in my r8 one day saying “must be nice to not have kids” in a snarky way, despite the fact my car was only like 40k more than his. I just learn to ignore the snarky comments.
Yea buy the car. It sounds sick and you can easily afford it.
OP.I really don’t care what TF people think of my taste in cars.It is my passion.Go with whatever you can afford to roll with and enjoy 👍. The soundtrack on Aston’s can’t be beat ..
Pro
2018 vanquish, does that still come with the NA V12? Because if so, that’s the Aston you want.
Wouldn’t your colleagues make similar money? Paid off house is a bigger flex than the Aston Martin so I wouldn’t worry about the car
Agreed, enjoy your hard work and your passions.
Just my own personal view, there’s an age where flashy cars work then a point where it doesn’t quite fit. I I just turned 45 and sold my gwagon for an eqb250. It’s like the opposite of a midlife crisis, I decided I’m now too old for flashy cars and that it’s a young man’s game.
42 year old Chicago kid. Doesn't matter how much I make, I am who I am. Not a different person from my blue collar upbringing because I make 500k.
Don't worry what people think. You will be so much happier when you live your life your way. Go test drive them. Look up pros/cons, be patient and buy the best example with records and maintenance that you can get for your money.
Get it. They are an amazing looking cars and are very high quality on builds. Fuck what other people think. If they think that they definitely are not in your circle.
