Have an offer for series C company for Director role. 200 + 15% plus some equity amount in negotiations. Wondering what’s reasonable here given the late stage. Around 600 employees. I’m expecting minimal equity, but any guidance?

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem.
