Coach
I freelanced there when the pandemic was in full swing. Meaning there weren’t as many gigs as there are right now. I was happy for the work and put in a few weekend hours without thinking I’d be compensated. They never forced me to, it was a case of me tweaking my own scripts or letting them get changed by the full time CDs. I chose the former.
Turned out they paid a generous bonus a month after I’d left. It was way more than the overtime I would’ve been owed. I’d completely forgotten about it so it was a nice surprise. Point is, it’s not BS.
Appreciate it. When we were asked to work outside the agreed time we reached out to Atrium and RGA to clarify how we would be compensated for the extra time. That’s when we receive the above quoted response. We’ll see if they can honor their word as promised.
Beware. They love a weekly rate and then you’ll work like every weekend and they will toss you a 1k extra for your trouble
