Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

Look up the STAR method. It is a really helpful tool. Then, practice, practice, practice. Some friends helped me and they gave some really honest feedback that was quite valueable.
I agree re: STAR method! I think there are a lot of practice questions that you can gather from the internet about this method and then practice writing out your answers before the interview. I would also say, be personable and friendly. The more human you seem, the more someone will want to call you their coworker/employee
Get super cozy with the STAR method and have some topics in mind for the usual types of interview questions. “Tell me about a time when you: solved a problem, failed at something, worked as a team, helped a customer.” Usually if you have a couple of great stories or career moments in mind already you can fit different parts of them into a STAR answer.
Most importantly, show up with a smile and some energy, and a good idea what the job you’re applying for entails and where your skillset fits it. Does not hurt to show some curiosity, admit you don’t know everything, and show eagerness to grow and learn in some aspect of the job.
Best of luck!
