Hello Fishes, please let me know how are projects in BCMA department under ICG group in city bank. I have an offer from city which I have not yet accepted considering many negative reviews of work culture in City. However HR said I am not sure about other departments but you can check for BCMA dept with friends or on LinkedIn. Please help.

I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..
I am bit confused with commonwealt

Don’t stress - my eldest was barely legible until he was 4 and is absolutely fine now at age 12
Why would you take a kid that small to therapy? Every child learns at their own pace. Also, girls usually learn quicker. I’ve got 3 boys who are 3 (twins) and 4 and they’re still learning.

If he understands, I wouldn’t worry. My 1st was the same and then started in full sentences out of nowhere after his 2nd birthday. My third was single words until 2.5, but super clear she understood every word.

No - just assumed all would work out. If I didn’t think he was understanding language I would have.
Completely normal. These days kids speak later (around 3) due to impact of phones and tablets etc.
Does your kid go to daycare? Daycare kids start taking way sooner, don’t worry as long as you have no concerns about his development it should be fine, some kids start late but are absolutely fine
no he doesn’t - but we do take him to therapy but haven’t been seeing much progress…
he receives language really well.. it’s just that he’s not speaking the appropriate milestone amount of words - makes alot of sounds has partial words when he is says a few things like ‘out’ it’s like ‘au’ or ‘more’ is ‘’mo’ … brush is ‘bru’ and book is ‘bu’
everything else is usually just sounds like ‘ah’, ‘ah’ , ‘ah’ and pointing and getting his message accross..
We took our son to a speech therapist
how is he now and did he have a similar issue?
I have the same concern with my son when he was about a year and a half. How much does your daughter talk? We had the same problem and during one of the checkups I had both kids at the doctor and my daughter would not shut up. He said I don't think you have to worry about your son not speaking, it's basically that he can't get a word in edgewise.
Slowly picked up more and more words by 2. They're 5 and 7 now and both on track.
Girls naturally develop more quickly cognitively and verbally than boys. I currently have my b/g toddler twins in speech therapy. They help track milestones and develop as appropriate.
We have a 19 month old girl who is a chatterbox. But we have a bunch of friends with boys the same age (within a couple weeks) who all are barely talking. They marvel at our daughter. Point is, the girls developing early thing is real. Sounds like you are doing everything you can and all that is left is time to sort things out.
I didn’t start talking until I was about 3 and turned out just fine. Ask your pediatrician if you haven’t already - they’ll have a good sense of what other developmental milestones to look for to make sure he’s just a late talker. They may also do a hearing test if they haven’t already.
All these milestones correlate with amazingly little in later life.
Completely normal. My older son started talking in full sentences when he was 18 months and to compensate , doesn’t say a lot now that he is 18. The younger daughter started speaking comprehensible words only when she was 2 years and was 3.5 by the time she graduated to full sentences but now cannot stop talking at 12.
As long as they are not having other learning difficulties, wouldn’t worry
You are not alone, your fact pattern is the same as mine. Very normal but if you are worried get them assessed. We did the assessment and there is nothing wrong other than he just doesn’t talk much
