Hey,
I’d keep applying but from my experience it has been taking longer than two weeks for companies to get back to candidates.
If you’ve been applying for a month and haven’t heard back from one out of hundreds of applications then you can say it might be your resume.
Two weeks is not a lot of time to be applying. Keep applying and be patient.
I have been applying since a few months. When i started i applied religiously for a month and never got any interview. Since then I lost hope and i just apply casually now. I know i need to gear up but it is frustrating.
2 weeks is not enough time. Given the market situation, it’s taking longer and more applications to get your first interview. It took me about 1.5 months before I heard back from any recruiter. As difficult as it is, hang in there. Best wishes.
I'm getting interviews for positions I applied for 2 months ago. People are just taking longer to respond but don't stop applying keep pushing as many applications as you can so that you evade the ghost postings that are rampant on job sites. You have no way of knowing which job is actually available so applying a lot helps you significantly
I do both, I've manged to get some interviews off random LinkedIn applications even without a referral. Sometimes I've applied with an employee referral and received an almost instant rejection. This market has been very weird I must say. Just keep pushing on, can't take any of the rejection personally.
