Have joined Mindtree a month back still no client interview, & hearing from other people on bench that client interviews are hard to crack here, I'm bit stressed now, can someone tell how long it takes for a client interview & what's the level of client interview here?

At what point in the interview process do you ask about work/life balance, flexibility, remote work, etc? Before or after the job offer? How do you ask?

Omg I just graduated college and received an offer at a company in tech for 70% more total comp than the offer I took in consulting.
