TCS C3B band and CTC includes 6L vpay. And 1L retention bonus. How much % of vpay we can expect from tcs or they pay 100%?

Wipro 2.75L vpay i hope which is fully paid for B3 band. Technical lead

Looking for advice…I currently make $85k + 35% bonus. I’m interviewing for a job that I now know pays $70k + 15% bonus. Obviously that’s a steep cut. The only reasons I’m still interested are that it’s in crypto operations which I’d like to transition to, and it’s back on the east coast closer to family. I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Hi Fishes, asking this for a friend working as SAP BASIS Consultant.
He performed well in TCS technical round and HR also seemed to be happy with his performance.
He asked for 8.5 LPA, his current CTC being 4.3 LPA, with little over 3 years of experience.
HR said they would call him later and after 4 days, HR called and said she was informed by management that they could only provide 6 LPA :(
Any idea why they offered him that less? He is very disappointed with the way things turned out to him

Is it worth making the switch just for money? I know that I'll have to start from scratch to build connections in the new company (I'm not very good at it and it took me years to do that in my current company). My current salary is good (I'm happy with it) but the new offer is much above my current. What will you do in my position?

My brother joined tcs in July with 3.6ys experience and mentioned all previous 3 companies in resume. Before these 3, he worked at one company for 45 days and absconded but pf history got created.
