Have some case interviews coming up next week for another T2 firm and have not done those for a good 5 years. I am currently already in consulting. What are some tips, tricks, best practices, watch outs for consultants going into case interviews after a long while?

How difficult is it to break into Bain Ny from a school on the west coast (non Stanford)? If i do well on the first round and get past it, will there still be a possibility I get turned down for an interview for my final round?

Interviewing at Strategy& for manager level (Deal Value Creation) - heard there will be M&A focused cases. Anyone ever been through this process and have any advice on prep?

There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears.
