Have you ever been asked to perform some kind of assessment in interviewing for an Account Management role? I'm looking for inspiration to include something to better gauge applicants' soft skills.

I am a consultant and have two exit opportunities in healthcare. They are totally different. Offer 1 is with a late stage startup. Thinking it would be a good pivot and entry point into Health tech. Offer 2 is with a health system doing strategy/ops. It pays more than offer 1 and probably has more stability. Both pay more than my current salary overall so I’m a winner with whatever I take. My struggle is how do I decide! Help!

I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role.
