The office staff is hybrid if you choose to do so. Two days are at home and three in the office. I personally love it, I start my week at home and do Wednesday through Friday in the office.
PepsiCo hq has a work that works policy meaning you can come in if you choose to. My role is completely remote as I live out of state. I think the policy is wonderful. Given the option you will see folks go in if they need to and stay home if not. Honestly I get more work completed at home but I wouldn’t mind socializing if I lived close by
At least my company is trying to get to pre-pandemic work week. There is obviously a lot of resistance!
I can see why. My workmates will probably resist as well.
We are fully back in the office now. Some staff are remote but I would say there are only 3-5 staff out of 1500 that are still remote.
Are company is now going on hybrid. We were doing fully remote jobs but our company has started to get things back to normal since early January of this year. If everything goes well, I heard they will be doing a full-time office set up.
Ours is hybrid now. Some people have chosen to go back into the office full-time. I go in once a week to do some physical counts and attend a team meeting, but I work from home the other four days. I'm a huge supporter of letting people work in the space that works best for them as much as possible because it just leads to happier employees.
GP was semi remote pre Covid, Covid caused full remote and now back to “in office” but most of the management teams allow work from home. It just depends on the team and what their needs are. But I would say most work from home at least the majority of the time.
We've only transitioned to a hybrid setup last month. I think we are fully going back to the office next quarter. What about your company?
Early February this year, everything went back to "normal". That means no more remote jobs. I guess that's now our reality.
Yes. It's been a couple of months. All of us have already adjusted so I guess that's great news.
I am still working from home. Is that weird? My boss told me that my responsibilities are not really required to be performed in the office.
