This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I have attended l2 meeting 2 weeks ago. Waiting for results. Now another job vacancy posted, if I'm able to get reference and apply for the posting. Will I be called again even if I apply with same mail account. Because still I didn't get rejection mail for 1st interview.

I recently completed two rounds of Interview,
01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

I really wish luck could be on my side.

Don't you think that this latest trend of diversity and all where corporates are trying to paint themselves as inclusive by hiring people from different diversities just for the sake of it is leading to a lot of identity politics where deserving people are snatched off of some opportunities just because they don't fit in to that criteria of diversity. I don't have any problems working with a diverse team but I do have a problem with meritorious people being denied an opportunity because of this
