Airpod Pros
Jabra Evolve. Killer battery life, great noise canceling, and mutes Zoom when you flip the mic up.

If you don't mind the look, these are awesome and I've used them for years. They don't require charging, I can wear them for hours without my ears hurting, and my audio always sounds great. Plantronics Blackwire https://a.co/d/99NCmEj
this is the way. def need mic closer to mouth so earbuds are all ruled out
this thing has the nice trick of playing your own voice back too, makes the experience much more natural
Bose
https://amzn.to/3SU3TVE these are amazing for sport and for biking and for conference calls. They use bone induction so you can hear everything around you.
Thanks for the tip! I'll reach out
Any wireless or true wireless I’ve used end up having issues with conference call software.
I realized headsets for conference calls need to be compatible with UC (Universal Communications) protocol.
It doesn’t make any sense to me but it’s how it is if you want great sound for a wireless headset look for UC support.
Jabra - Evolve

Plantronics work fine
AirPods. I also suggest using the app Krisp if you want extra background noise cancellation
Sony WH 1000M5 - Amazon
There are great, premium quality and much lighter than AirPod max
The Sony xm5’s are hard to beat and also the most expensive.

I honestly just use my gaming headset. Razer BlackShark V2 🤣
Poly Voyager 4300 series. Comes with mute button
AKG HSC271, great for everything audio related and nice over the ear headset.
Jabra Elite 85t
If you want a budget option I'd rec MPOW's usb headset. I had a gaming headset that wasn't as good as them. For 30 bucks they were really good. The only con I had with them was that the earpiece fabric ripped after a year
if you have the budget I recommend a gaming heaset. I have alienware headset with retractable mic. It is super comfortable to wear all day even if you wear glasses (aka my case). Its got good isolation from the noise around you as well. very good sound quality.
I have the headset with cat ears on them. I wear my headset on external and internal calls 😂 They were $25 on Amazon https://a.co/d/gEg7nH3 Surprisingly made of really good quality despite being priced low.
Arctis Pro Wireless. Best damn headset I’ve ever owned. https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-pro-wireless
It has some good perks but it’s a 75-150 dollar headset quality
