Great tailors in the NYC/NJ area?
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?
Nagarro

I believe it changes our immediate perception of professionalism within the individual. As much as I feel that all these new expressions of body art are highly unprofessional, others will disagree. I think in today’s world we have to train ourselves to listen to the individual for professionalism vs. immediate visual perception.
Completely agree that it’s important to remember not to judge a book by its cover!
I think appearance has no impact on professionalism as long as they look well kept. Hair color, tattoos, piercings do not matter to me as long as the individual does not look disheveled. But i am an older Gen Z so, I know the older generations don’t typically agree.
Yeah agreed! I think most don’t care now as long as you’re put together.
you are correct based however somethings to note here are:
1. Tattoos can be covered and piercings can come out. I like most people got tattoos that mean something to me, but I like getting paid so theres that.
2. Fun colored hair is only fun for so long until the maintenance portion comes in. Just wear a wig it protects your scalp and requires less money spent on keeping up on it.
3. Use your oddities as a way to bond with us other weirdos we are out there and we do have spongebob and patrick tattooed on our rear ends to mark the end of an era.
Hahahaha what a lovely tatt you have! 😂
I have tattoos but keep them covered at work. However, we're definitely seeing the trend move toward being more open and accepting towards outward expression. I'm typically OK with most appearance choices as long as it's not vulgar or distracting for the sake of being distracting.
I have some tattoos and it’s not always possible to cover them for me (ones on my wrist) so even when I wear long sleeves, you can see it. And I agree with you, I’m cool with it also!
Depending on your goals, don’t do it. The glass ceiling becomes concrete.
Really? That is unfortunate!

Well my company is know for being super professional and conservative but since our CEO has changed our policies have become more lax regarding dress codes which I am all for!
