After 3 rounds of grilling interviews I am finally selected for PWC manager for their SAP Consulting service line in with London as my base location in U.K. the final offer they have given is as follows:

Designation: Manager (YOE = 6.5 yrs)
Base Pay: 73K GBP
Sign on bonus: 6250K GBP
Pension Contribution: Upto 8% by employer
Annual Bonus: Between 12 to 18%
Benefits Allowance: 4700K GBP

I would be switching from Deloitte to PWC. Wanted to know if this offer is worth considering. Deloitte PwC

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
