Hello all, can someone explain what's going on.. Looks like a scam to me..after getting shortlisted for interview and confirming the time slot..few hours before I am receiving a email stating either interview is completed or not selected or cancelled even before the interview takes place.. Happened with Accenture, Infosys, capgemini.. Is this some sort of new way to cover up and showcase that they have conducted so many interviews or just my bad timing..

During interviews, how do you talk about the “result” or “impact” of a consulting project you were on? I know how to talk about the problem/recommendation portion of a sample project but the result/impact, I mean, as consultants we don’t see recommendations executed and actually generating results. So how do you talk about it?

Can anyone tell me the turn around time for an interview process with KPMG? Like how long it might take ?

Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?

Interviewed with MS 2 weeks back for a Sr. PM role and followed up with recruiter today... they say that the team just finished with interviews last week and needs time to make a decision. Is this normal? Does a verbal offer take this long? Or is it just cos they are working on a formal offer?

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. I’m confused because we’re doing the work either way and “spending” in labor/resources.

Just received a new of one of the former senior manager passed away due to a massive heart attack. Early 40s. I am at loss of words. Such a genius of a guy.
