Please help me to take a decision. I have been offered by below companies. I'm keeping wlb , job security, and salary in mind.

EY ( Morgan Stanley client) : 14 LPA fixed.
FIS global : 13.5 (including 10% variable pay).
Societe general : 11.1 LPA

All are for Bangalore location.

FIS has assured me that they would revise my salary based on the offer letter which I show them.
TOE : 3.5 yrs.

Please need your suggestions

Recently received offer from Oracle Solution Services India Private Limited and base location mentioned is Bangalore. Just was curious to know whether we have to go to office physically for the joining or we can join virtually as I am not in Bangalore. I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".
