Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE).
