Stefanini (Client BlackRock): 34 base + 50k JB (Mumbai)

CBA (CommanWealth bank of Australia): 30 base + 7 variable (BLR)

SMC squared: 29fixed (BLR)

What should I choose, please suggest.

According to me, BlackRock is a very good company to be in, but my concern is it is from Stefanini. If anyone working in BlackRock from another company your insights will be helpful.

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Hello! I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager at a 300 FTE sized gov contractor with 2 recruiters under me. One of my recruiters and I are both having babies in August and will be out for 12 weeks.
