I have cleared all rounds in EPAM Anywhere. HR said they can offer me 26 LPA fixed, but I requested for 28 LPA fixed.

I have 6 YOE and tech stack is Java, Spring boot and micro-services with cloud.

Will they consider my CTC expectations? Also I heard they don’t pay full until I am tagged into a project, is this true?

Please give me some insights on this. Thanks!!

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. Hi Fishes, Had salary discussion today with TCS HR but he stated that he would seek approval and approval takes 8 days for my expected CTC and for the designation, so is there any hope that they will offer or it's a waste of time waiting for them
