I have done my interviews at oracle. Compensation details has agrred with Hiring manager and HR one month before at oracle. But, i have not received the offer as of now. Normally how much time it will take to release the offer from oracle? Kindly provides your insights.

First year: how long without a full ramp up before I should worry? I’m sub-250 hours since I started (3.5 months) and the firm/group are both busy. Other first years in my group are mixed. Worried I’m missing the reps that first years are getting at other firms. Enjoying the freedom while I have it, but I’m still thinking this is odd. It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

I joined Nagarro recently (about 5 months back). Recently I got a call from Vish gyana technological solutions (VGTS) and they are offering me 50% hike from current CTC. Is it good to leave nagarro and join VGTS. Thoughts?
