At the same time, I have cleared two rounds with Deloitte, with the final client round pending (client: Nomura)

In case I receive offers from both organizations, I would like to understand which option would be more suitable for a long-term perspective.

Have asked for 30-35% hike on CCTC.

On bench in PwC since Jan 26

Potentially jumping over to client-side after 6 years. Anything to look out for?

Any company file GC on day 1 in NYC or NJ area or east coast. Maxing out in feb 2022 and on bench nothing is started. What I can do ? Please suggest. Skill set AWS/ DevOps/ Infra.

I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too. Being on the high CTC side & Higher position, I’m bit tensed about my career over here. Can someone please help me if it is a normal situation in Globant? Or I should worry & should be active again? How do firms handle export control rules compliance for inbound disclosures for new filings?
Do you make the determination of export control classification number (ECCN) yourself based on each inbound disclosure? Do you ask the client to provide the ECCN, if they know it? Do you play ostrich? Or something else?

I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. It was fine when I was living alone but my partner is seriously frustrated with how messy the house gets and how much I spend on supplies for these things. I’ve been leading a massive project by myself for the last year almost and my boss torpedoed my last round of meetings: “oh we don’t need to socialize this, I’ve been doing it, let’s just kick it off.” Okay. So turns out, no one fucking knew and now because we had one meeting instead of two, the people we met with aren’t even the ones doing the work, and they’re not telling the ones who are supposed to do the work about it. So I now need to go back and do more meetings.

Lately, I've been hearing a lot from my peers about how sales isn't a real profession.
I work at a tech startup and it mostly comprises developers. They can't stop emphasizing their importance in the food chain and I can't figure if I'm too humble or they're too arrogant.

So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. Just to specify I am not considering the other product based businesses of WITCH since thats not relevant for me. I am a cyber risk consultant and want to know what I would be getting into if I join one of these.
